For additional fees, we also inspect:
- Pools and spas
- Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC ("4 Point Inspection") for insurance purposes
And can provide testing for:
- Mold
- Radon
- Lead
- Bacteria in well water
*Mold and radon tests are provided by a separately licensed company.
